WALSH, Justice: The defendant, Ronald G. Dixon ("Dixon"), was charged with Robbery in the First Degree and Conspiracy in the Second Degree
as the result of a robbery that occurred on May 29, 1987. Following a jury trial in Superior Court, Dixon was convicted on
the charge of Robbery and found not guilty on the charge of Conspiracy. In this appeal, he contends that the trial court erred
in not suppressing evidence seized as the result of a nighttime search, in that the application and warrant were not in accordance
with the requirements of 11 Del.C. §§ 2308 et seq. He also contends that the evidence introduced at trial
was insufficient to support a finding of guilt on the charge of Robbery. Finding no error in the proceedings below, we affirm
the conviction.
